EF #13 What Is Your Sport ?

This post is a weekly BEC challenge, What is Your Sport ?

For now, my kind of sport is a low impact sport, the one that suitable for my age. I must admit that I am not one of that sporty type. I do not exercise regularly. I choose jogging around my neighbourhood, but not really run, I walk in a slow pace.

I enjoy jogging very much. I always bring along my full-charged phone and glasses, of course, so I can take pictures. Me and my husband usualIy go to the neighbouring housing facilities or village to have a different experiences. We drive and park the car somewhere and start jogging.

I am easily distracted by the beauty and freshness of the greenery along the way. I often stop to take pictures of nature or the landscape. I often find a rare tree or a kind of tree from my childhood.

Once a week, on Sunday mornings, I join senam pagi and senam jantung sehat along with my neighbours on a field in our block. We hired an instructure to teach us. We asked for a slow impact excercises. The sound of the beat of music from the sound system playing Sajojo, Poco-poco or dangdut music like Sakitnya Tuh Di Sini really make us having so much fun. For just an hour it is a time for relaxing and a little silaturrahim chit chat with neigbours.
